It enables businesses to customize their website content and calls-to-action based on visitor behavior and location. The software offers tools for creating and testing personalized landing pages, pop-ups, forms, and more. It also integrates with popular email marketing services and CRM systems for automated follow-ups and conversion tracking. ConvertFlow provides analytics and reporting features to assess campaign performance. It's ideal for marketers seeking to boost conversion rates without coding skills. The platform aids in optimizing online marketing efforts with its user-friendly interface and robust features. Special promotions are currently available for ConvertFlow.

Pros from reviewers

  • Versatility: ConvertFlow offers a wide range of options, including the creation of unique landing pages, promotion of sales or special announcements with sticky bars, and offering free downloads. It also allows for the construction of unlimited CTAs

  • Seamless Integration: Users appreciate ConvertFlow's seamless integration with other systems, such as email marketing systems, CRMs, and ActiveCampaign. This allows for smooth visitor segmentation and effective customer segmentation

  • User-Friendly: The software is praised for its ease of use, allowing users to convert anonymous website visitors into customers and dynamically update calls to actions and content on their site based on segments they can set up

  • High Conversion Rates: ConvertFlow has been noted for its ability to significantly increase conversion rates, with users reporting up to 70% conversion rates for organic webinar registrations, compared to 25-50% with other tools

  • Excellent Lead Capture: ConvertFlow is highly recommended for its lead capture capabilities. It allows users to quickly create and A/B test different lead capture tools, and its drag and drop builder enables even those with little design experience to build landing pages, popups, and other lead capture tools.

Cons from reviewers

  • High cost for small businesses: Despite its extensive features, the cost of ConvertFlow can be a hurdle for small businesses. The lowest price is $29/month, which may discourage small businesses from using the software without fully understanding its benefits

  • Frequent bugs and server failures: Users have reported constant bugs and server failures that interrupt the creation process. This can hinder productivity and lead to frustration

  • Poor customer support: There have been complaints about the quality of customer support, with issues taking days to resolve. This can be a significant disadvantage for users who need immediate assistance.

  • Limited drag-and-drop elements: While ConvertFlow offers a user-friendly interface with pre-built templates, it lacks a variety of drag-and-drop elements beyond forms, buttons, and text boxes. This can be a disadvantage for users who are not tech-savvy and would benefit from more customizable elements

  • Lack of direct integration with Salesforce: ConvertFlow does not offer direct integration with Salesforce. Users have to link ConvertFlow data to Salesforce through Zapier, which can be functional but not as efficient as a direct integration

      Choosing ConvertFlow: A Rewarding Decision

My overall experience with Convertflow has been excellent. I came across this service while searching for sticky bars that would work with Intercom. During my free trial, I started using the pop-ups and other products too. I was impressed by how seamlessly it integrated into our website and its compatibility with Intercom. However, I found it expensive to implement on additional websites. I switched to ConvertFlow from Unbounce, which, although a great product, was too pricey for what it offered. In November 2020, I received a response from the vendor thanking me for my review and expressing their delight that I found ConvertFlow and its Intercom integration useful.

Affordable Marketing Solution for Quick Campaign Setup, A/B Testing, and Landing Pages

I find ConvertFlow incredibly easy to use. I love its pre-built templates, including pop-ups, forms, and landing pages, which I can easily customize. It also integrates well with my CRM. However, I wish it had more drag-and-drop elements beyond forms, buttons, and text boxes. While I can add custom CSS and HTML, having more elements would be beneficial for those of us who are not tech-savvy. I chose ConvertFlow mainly for its cost-effectiveness compared to other tools with similar features. I appreciate the vendor's response and am glad they value my feedback.

ConvertFlow: The Ultimate Solution for Lead Form Software

So far, I've been tasked with transitioning our old forms and I must say, Convertflow is the easiest form builder I've ever used. I've had no issues integrating it with my CRM and website. My team quickly adapted to it and we made over 30 changes in just a few days. It's the only form system I've found that does everything - pages, exit pop-ups based on deep logic levels, inline form embeds, sidebar/sticky bar, multi-step forms and logic-based questions. It also connects to our CRM flawlessly and doesn't regularly glitch. For five years, I've been using 3-4 systems to do all this and using Zapier to connect them. I've tried Leadformly, Leadpages, Convertful, Typeform, Ninja Forms and probably more that I'm forgetting. I wish the touchpoint/source data was available on the $99/month plan and not just the $199 plan, but it's hard for me.

Excellent Tool for Lead Capture and A/B Testing

I've had a positive experience using ConvertFlow. It's a great lead capture software that lets me quickly create and A/B test different lead capture tools. I highly recommend trying it out. I especially like ConvertFlow's drag and drop builder, which allows someone with little design experience to quickly build landing pages, popups, and other lead capture tools. It also offers a high level of customization, allowing the addition of code snippets to the header and footer, which enables the insertion of script tags like a Facebook pixel tag. I also really like the A/B testing feature of ConvertFlow. It's an amazing tool for this purpose, and tests can be set up in minutes. The reporting on A/B tests is also top-notch. ConvertFlow integrates with many other tools, such as email automation, allowing leads to connect to other systems. It also integrates with Google Analytics and automatically creates events there. However, I've run into two issues with ConvertFlow. Firstly, I can't export.

ConvertFlow: The Essential Adhesive for My Entire Marketing Strategy

I strongly recommend ConvertFlow to all my clients. Marketing can be tough and generating a lead requires a lot of effort. When a lead lands on my website and responds to my Call to Action (CTA), such as signing up for a newsletter or downloading an eBook, it's the result of significant effort. ConvertFlow makes this process easier by seamlessly transferring the information into my email marketing system and CRM. What I value most is the ability to retarget my CTAs within my website's content with appropriate follow-up CTAs. ConvertFlow is the glue that holds my entire marketing platform together. Any issues I've had with ConvertFlow have been quickly addressed by their team via chat. If there's a real limitation, it's often fixed in new versions. Their team is very responsive to user feedback. I switched to ConvertFlow because Jumplead didn't offer the ability to place dynamic CTAs within my website's content. I'm extremely grateful for the value I've received from ConvertFlow.

Beneficial for Creating Forms, Pop-ups, and Sticky Bars with ConvertFlow

I consider ConvertFlow a versatile tool with a wide range of options. I've utilized it to create unique landing pages that don't fit within WordPress, and to promote sales or special announcements with their sticky bars. I've also employed their hooks and overlays for offering free downloads. I value the variety of options and find them user-friendly. I link ConvertFlow data to Salesforce through Zapier, which is functional, but I wish there was a direct integration with Salesforce. The layout programming is somewhat counter-intuitive, but I've managed to master it with the assistance of their supportive team. I switched to ConvertFlow from Instapage due to its limit on the number of pages we could create. ConvertFlow allows us to construct unlimited CTAs, and I've been extremely pleased with this switch.
