Comprehensive, Highly-Supported PSA Software with Full Capabilities
I realized the need for a new system that would fully integrate all my business processes and accounting functions. I evaluated several other PSA solutions but found that Harmony surpassed them in several areas. Harmony offers more flexibility and I was particularly impressed with its efficient and intuitive interface. The Harmony Support Team has been outstanding, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that Harmony meets my needs. The ticketing system is highly customizable and the timesheet entry interface is the best I've ever seen. The customer portal delivers exactly what I need and the product modeling is where Harmony truly shines. It supports all the various revenue models, terms, sales units, etc. that I was looking for in a good PSA solution. The data upload interface is comprehensive and provides excellent error checking and validation, making data entry much easier than I anticipated. I've encountered a few minor bugs, but the team at Datalogic is quick to respond and resolve any issues with minimal impact.

As a provider of Managed IT Services and Cloud Services at SCC ICT Services, we use a per unit pricing model for our growing client base. We looked into various helpdesk and Professional Service Automation tools to manage our customers and accounts. We considered many products, including top-tier ones, but found their integration challenging. However, HarmonyPSA met most of our needs in a single product, allowing us to manage customers from opportunity to support. Using a single product gives us a comprehensive view of each customer, including quotes, orders, invoices, tickets, inventory, and projects. This facilitates total customer management at all levels - technician, account manager, and director - consistently showing performance and income. HarmonyPSA is a continuously evolving SaaS-based solution, adapting to new requirements as technology changes service delivery methods. They are receptive to feedback, and depending on the changes, it often quickly finds its way into the release schedule.

Integrating HarmonyPSA into Our Business Operations
We needed a system to integrate our entire company as our previous systems were more of a hindrance than a help. We sought a single solution to streamline our IT Helpdesk, accounts team, and sales department. After extensive research, we chose Harmony. It offered features like online agreement and order signing, recurring billing schedules, and a self-service portal for our Helpdesk. The support we received from Steve, James, and Simon during the implementation was exceptional. They were always friendly and willing to assist despite my constant queries. We've already seen improvements in our Accounts department, saving us hours each day. Our Sales department has also seen a significant impact, with a more accurate reflection of costs and profits. The Helpdesk now has more autonomy, allowing for quick and easy communication with customers. Although the implementation process was time-consuming, Harmony has proven to be a great addition. It provides a comprehensive overview of the entire company.

The PSA That Will Empty Your Wallet
My experience with the cloudblue-psa software was disappointing. It felt like I was dealing with a group of used car salesmen, where deceptive tactics were common. I would advise anyone to stay as far away as possible. The graphical user interface is attractive and they will tell you about all the supposed features. However, in reality, it's nothing more than VaporWare. It looks good during the sales pitch, but once I signed up, the functionality was non-existent. All integrations are import-based and the support is extremely lacking. The training and implementation were poorly executed, with the implementers appearing clueless. The owner seems to know nothing about customer support or service, and seems more focused on getting rich quick.
