With Acumatica, I have found simpler procedures, a significant boost in productivity, and better data management. Its impressive automation features have enabled me to streamline my business processes, imports, and workflows. It's one of the top ERP programs for managing finances, operations, and customer relationships. Its cloud-based nature made setup easy. However, despite its evolution and added features over time, it still falls short in several key areas, forcing me to seek out additional, expensive solutions. I switched to Acumatica Cloud ERP because it's been vital for my organization's administration. By automating various procedures, transactions, and import scenarios, it has enhanced my daily work, customer relationships, and even saved me some precious time.

Exploring Acumatica: A Global ERP Solution
I strongly recommend Acumatica as it provides a great overall experience. It supports virtually unlimited concurrent sessions and functions well globally. However, resolving issues that require assistance from the Acumatica Dev team can be slow. I opted for Acumatica Cloud ERP as it was a better fit, offered more value, and was simpler to use. I transitioned to Acumatica Cloud ERP because I needed a scalable web-based ERP tool to facilitate business growth.

High-Quality Software: Acumatica Experience
I'm very satisfied with Acumatica. They are responsive and easy to work with. I value the ability to access the information I need when I need it. However, I would like to see modifications or additions to the reports. I'm not particularly fond of how the reports need to be constructed. I know that Acumatica is adding reports and I'm willing to be patient until they are completed. I switched to Acumatica Cloud ERP because Accountmate was outdated, old, and slow. All other options didn't seem like they had truly built a new software solution for the Cloud, but rather tweaked 20-year-old software that was already on its last leg. I appreciate the vendor's response and I'm excited for the addition of more out-of-the-box reporting and role dashboards. I'm pleased to be working with them as a great Retail customer.

A Cutting-Edge System for Business Growth
Acumatica has provided my company, BMT, with an excellent ERP/information system, allowing us to manage information by division, measure our activity, predict profitability, and keep all necessary information to run our business. Nexvue's support and expertise were key in shaping Acumatica into the system it is today. The software is flexible in areas like item classes and financial sub-accounts, and its open architecture allows for modifications. We've made many modifications, implemented by Nexvue, which turned Acumatica from a good system to an exceptional one. However, the software's initial importing, transportation, and logistics features were weak. We created a Voyage Maintenance module and made system enhancements for freight in and out. We switched to Acumatica Cloud ERP because our previous system, SL, was no longer supported and didn't meet our needs.

Unveiling Acumatica: Insights on Project Accounting Module
With Acumatica, I've found the ability to analyze all project costs, including labor, to be a significant revelation. The project accounting module allows me to apply labor and costs to each project and compare them to the initial budget, helping me understand what went right and wrong. However, I struggle with the dashboarding functionality. As I'm not a programmer, I don't understand the generic queries required to program the dashboards and often have to pay consultants to create them. This becomes inefficient when I need to experiment to get what I want and then explain it to someone else. I chose Acumatica Cloud ERP because it did everything we needed, was more user-friendly, and cost-effective. We switched from MAS 500 as it was becoming obsolete and limiting. I appreciate the vendor's response and look forward to the solution's enhancements.

Acumatica is highly adaptable to our business needs, although customization took a while. The costs of licensing, modification, and maintenance can be high, which may be a challenge for startups. We chose Acumatica Cloud ERP for its useful features, such as the ability to duplicate trades and the ease of searching for a specific customer, vendor, inventory item, or general ledger code with just a few keystrokes.

High-Priced ERP with Hidden Costs
I've invested a significant amount of money on customizations for basic features in Acumatica, which I believe should be standard in other programs. I've spent nearly as much as the cost of the program itself, leading me to realize I could have invested in a better product. The cost of customizations is extremely high and the system still doesn't function properly. With over 50 users, our inventory and purchasing processes are chaotic. The out-of-the-box product doesn't function as a basic program. I advise not to be deceived by the initial price, as ultimately, you'll spend as much as other expensive programs, but with better results and less frustration. I chose Acumatica Cloud ERP because it doesn't charge per user. I appreciate Acumatica's response and their commitment to improving the user experience and functionality. I also appreciate their offer to have someone from their product/customer success team contact me to discuss my concerns.
