It meets all my requirements at a fair price, making our in-store operations more efficient and our pickup/delivery business easier. Currently, I can't find any downsides. I selected CleanCloud for its features, cost, and onboarding assistance. I moved from Liberty as it lacked a practical pickup/delivery feature.

      I absolutely adore CleanCloud! The SMS feature that alerts customers when their orders are ready is fantastic. The software is fast, responsive, and incredibly user-friendly, even for someone who isn't tech-savvy like me. The intuitive interface is a big bonus. The support team is incredibly quick, responding to my inquiries in an instant. They're always available, ready to help with any question.       I am extremely satisfied with CleanCloud. It's user-friendly and easy to set up, and its cloud-based nature allows me to manage it from anywhere. It's fully functional right from the start and has been invaluable during the pandemic, enabling us to expand our delivery services effortlessly. However, managing price increases can be challenging and time-consuming, and it's easy to make errors when setting up price lists. I selected CleanCloud because it can integrate with our chosen card machine, Paymentsense. The reasons I switched to CleanCloud were its cost and functionality.

      Started Strong, But Aftercare Falls Short

      I am frustrated with the support I've received from CleanCloud, which has negatively affected my business. Although the cloud-based interface is simple and manageable from anywhere, the support team is terrible. They are unresponsive, fail to deliver on paid services, and don't acknowledge or attempt to fix issues when they arise. Maintenance on purchased products, like custom apps, has been a major issue. I regret basing my business on their white-labeled app for my customer interface. CleanCloud apologized in response and assured that all support requests are responded to within an hour during business hours. They admitted they couldn't provide the exact solution I needed but offered workarounds. They also mentioned that they must comply with Apple guidelines for their apps and can't speed up Apple's processes or influence their requirements.
