Great App BUT Terrible Customer Service
The app is good, but the customer support is terrible. Whenever I try to chat with support, I get a message saying they missed me and will get back to me shortly, but shortly often means days. Once I report an error, they disappear until I send reminders. Some of my friends have switched to Quickbooks, which might be more customer-friendly. Zoho, you're going to lose customers if you don't improve your support!

An Unrivaled, User-Friendly Email Client: Zoho Mail
I absolutely love Zoho Mail. It's user-friendly and even the free version offers more functionality and support than other email clients like Gmail. I find the inbox management particularly useful, especially the ability to use aliases for different email inbox delivery. I started using Zoho Mail as a free mail client that could be customized with a personal domain, and I've since switched all three of my businesses over. It's easy to use and integrates with the entire Zoho suite, streamlining my business operations. I find the voice typing feature fantastic, especially when I'm on the move and need to respond quickly, which I can do via the app. The Workdrive is similar to Google Drive, allowing me to store all my documents for easy access. I can also add events and meetings to the calendar or create tasks. The collaboration feature is excellent for employee interaction within an organization, enabling quick chats or maintaining a response history without the need for constant email exchanges. I can create channels for each department to keep.

I highly recommend Zoho Mail, as I've been using it for about four years now with minimal to no issues. I was initially attracted to Zoho because it allowed me to have five email addresses with individual mailboxes under one custom domain for free, which is especially beneficial for entrepreneurs and startups. Even though the custom domain has to be purchased, the functionality is impressive, even compared to paid services. I appreciate that Zoho Mail isn't "spammy" and maintains strong security. It's a platform I'd recommend to other business owners and entrepreneurs, especially given its ongoing improvements and addition of useful tools like the MX record checker. I value Zoho Mail's performance and reliability, which is enhanced by features like adding SPF and DKIM entries in the domain DNS and adjusting MX records. However, these settings could be challenging for some depending on their skill level.

It's Outstanding.
I think Zoho Mail is brilliant. I've been using the Zoho ONE Ecosystem for over three years now. Despite having limited programming experience and little software development knowledge beyond some experiments in Javascript and Visual Basic, I've managed to build several business apps that are used daily on Zoho Creator, integrated with Zoho Workdrive. I've also used Flow, Zoho Mail, and Zoho Zeptomail. As a fast-moving company, sometimes things don't work or changes occur, but Zoho is always there to assist and solve issues. I highly recommend Zoho to any company wanting to try working with low code systems. I currently manage three small companies with a total of around 2 users. My account manager checks in every couple of months and is always available via email to help sort things out.
