I valued the prompt customer service response when I needed to adjust my account setup. However, I found the numerous options and free trials confusing, and it was not very straightforward to add extra features without incurring high costs. It also didn't seem to take into account the features I had already bought. I chose GoDaddy Website Builder because it offered the most features at a reasonable price, along with additional options I needed, such as secure email.

My biggest issue is feeling "locked in" to GoDaddy's ecosystem for certain add-ons. I chose GoDaddy Website Builder because it's easy to use and set up for both basic and advanced users, accommodating for varying skill levels of assigned web developers.
