As a new entrepreneur, I've found Zoho Social to be incredibly helpful in scheduling future posts across multiple platforms. I've been searching for a software like this for a while and even the free version has allowed me to manage my social media channels effectively. What I appreciate about the Zoho Social team is that they offer a 15-day trial period where you can enjoy the full version and schedule posts that will appear on your social media channels even after the trial ends. I've also had interactions with their customer service, who were very friendly and understanding. They were quick to resolve an issue I had with my email address.

I have utilized Zoho Creator for both internal and public-facing applications. It is likely the quickest method for getting data collection forms on a webpage. As an advanced user, I find Zoho Creator useful for simple data collection and reporting apps that require more than a spreadsheet but don't need a development team. It provides excellent value, particularly when included in the Zoho One bundle. It's a suitable solution for the right business applications. There is a learning curve, but Zoho Creator can be used by non-programmers to create sophisticated applications using a drag and drop form builder and report builder. It also has a scripting language for more complex needs, but many simple apps can be created without any coding. The customer support is generally good and responsive. If you're already familiar with other Zoho products like CRM, Survey, Forms etc., you can become productive immediately. However, branding it exactly as you want can be challenging.

I appreciate the Zoho Creator platform and with the help of Zoho developers, it can be made quite impressive. However, I am not satisfied with their sales department. I have had a Creator account for 5 years and decided to upgrade to a professional account, which is supposed to offer unlimited Apps. But, they've limited me to only 5 Apps and continue to charge me the full professional fee every month. When I asked about this, they said it was because I was using the old platform and that someone would contact me. It's been over a month and I've heard nothing, yet they made sure to take their payment last week. The platform is flexible and good for those with experience in writing scripts and understanding logic. However, their sales support is poor, even though their technical support is good. The platform is not beginner-friendly; you need to know how to write specific code strings. I chose Zoho Creator because it was cheaper upfront.
