This company seems to be quite assertive in their approach. I appreciate the need for businesses to generate revenue, and was surprised when I was charged $7 upfront instead of the expected $5.8 per month. I believe this could be a great value if you're planning to use the service long-term. I imagine their refund process is as robust as their billing system.

Exploring Teamwork and Problem-Solving with Wisestamp
I've been using Wisestamp and it's been a great experience so far. There was a moment when we lost all our signatures, but the team was quick to respond and restore them. When we sent the link to our 4 staff members, they noticed that the editable part of their signature was missing. This turned out to be a great team-building exercise as everyone spent 3 minutes working together to resolve the issue. It's still a work in progress, but we're optimistic. It's been an interesting journey and we're learning a lot. Overall, it's been a unique experience with Wisestamp.

I've been using Wisestamp for two years now and it's been a fantastic journey! Just a month ago, we experienced a minor hiccup with our paid version of Wisestamp. My team noticed that it wasn't functioning as smoothly as it usually does, or it was using old signatures. But hey, technology can have its off days too, right?I reached out to Wisestamp's support team and although they don't have a live chat feature, they do offer email support. Yes, it might take a day or two for them to respond, but they always do. And let's be honest, we all know how swamped customer service can get. What I appreciate is that they try their best to understand and resolve the issue. It's clear they're committed to helping their customers. I've noticed that their support hours are outside of 9pm EST, which is a bit late for some, but it's great for those who work late hours or are in different time zones.While there have been some bumps along the way, I'm still a big fan of Wisestamp. It's a paid service that offers value for money. I've been considering exploring other options, not because of dissatisfaction, but simply to see what else is out there. However, Wisestamp's commitment to resolving issues and their unique features always draw me back. It's been an interesting ride with Wisestamp and I'm excited to see where it takes us next!
