It's relatively easy to set up and use your signature, and it integrates well with various email servers. However, I had a negative experience with their customer service. I was sent around in circles for 2 weeks trying to resolve a simple issue - renewals, which is still not resolved properly. Instead of receiving efficient help, I was left without any solutions.

Appealing Templates, Yet Increasingly Redundant
I appreciate the attractive templates and the simplicity of adding social media buttons to my signature in Wisestamp. However, the number of templates is less than I anticipated. I believe I could simply copy and paste the completed template into my email app without purchasing it. I've encountered problems when trying to attach my email signature to Gmail via the Android app, which used to work but has now stopped. I'm considering discontinuing my subscription to this app soon.

Initially, I had a bit of a hiccup with my yearly subscription, but it turned out to be a great opportunity to experience their customer service. I was charged twice, even after cancelling my free trial, but it was a simple misunderstanding. I reached out to them and while it took a bit of time for them to respond, they were very professional and understanding. They resolved my issue and I was able to see the value in their service. It's over $1, but considering the quality of the service, it's definitely worth it. I've learned to trust them and I would highly recommend giving WiseStamp a try!
