I've been using Wigzo for a while now and initially, their communication was decent. However, when I needed help with migrating to a new platform, their service became extremely poor. Dealing with Jay, Alex, and their tech team has been a nightmare, and their reporting system and tools are nothing special. I'm stuck with Wigzo for now due to the nature of my industry and lack of alternatives. But I assure you, once I find a replacement, I will switch. To me, communication is the most crucial aspect of any business. This issue has been ongoing for weeks and is costing my business money daily.
