I have been utilizing CleverTap as a crucial component of my business for the past five years. It has been excellent for targeting users based on their journey and prompting them at the right moment to convert them into customers. While it is user-friendly, there is still room for enhancement. The behavioral insights and built-in support for multi-channel marketing maximize the available resources. The Mixpanel integration is still in beta, but once finalized, it will enable CleverTap to provide the best of both platforms. My primary reason for choosing CleverTap was its efficient user targeting.

Robust Infrastructure and Instant Engagement with CleverTap
I have been using CleverTap for over three years. We tested several providers for sending push notifications through our app, but none could handle the traffic and load of our user-base, especially during major sports events or TV show releases. CleverTap, with its robust infrastructure, was able to easily manage our load and send real-time notifications to all our users. This enabled us to schedule and send large campaigns in just a few seconds without worrying about deliverability. CleverTap is backed by an excellent customer success team, who made the migration process easy and helped us automate many of our marketing use-cases. However, considering the scale they've reached, they could benefit from more manpower. Ironically, they've managed to make a significant impact with a small but talented team.

I have been using CleverTap for over 4 years for Pricebaba.com and our new product, SahiGST, and the results have been impressive. I appreciate having analytics and engagement in one package. It's straightforward to segment users based on their actions on the website in real time. The funnels they offer are the best I've seen and can be set up within seconds. Their new Flows feature has helped us understand where users drop off and what actions they took before that. We have extensively used web pop ups and emails. Their customer success team is excellent and very responsive to our calls and emails. While their focus is more on mobile applications than websites, we mainly use it for our web products. However, I appreciate that their product and support team takes feedback positively and tries to accommodate our feature requests.
