      Chronogolf: A Highly Recommended, User-Friendly Golf Software with Unique Features

      I really value the color-coded tee sheet feature in Lightspeed-Golf, as it allows me to easily differentiate between various player types. I appreciate its cloud-based nature, which lets me access our data anytime and anywhere, whether I'm on the golf course, at home, or on vacation. I also enjoy features like displaying the tee sheet on a TV and the option to clone tee times, which makes the booking process faster. The software is user-friendly, so it's easy for our staff to learn quickly. The membership setup is simple, with automatic withdrawals and a radar feature that alerts us if monthly payments aren't processed. Like any software, there are occasional minor bugs and lags, but these can be fixed. The support staff is always helpful and available when needed.

      No Second Thoughts with Lightspeed Golf

      My experience with Chronogolf has been nothing short of exceptional! I use it in our Golf Shop and Food & Beverage departments. The support staff at Chronogolf have gone above and beyond to ensure our onboarding and training went smoothly. They've been there for us every time we had a question or needed a reminder of a process. Chronogolf is the most user-friendly software I've ever used. I love that it's cloud-based and I can access it from anywhere. However, I do wish that Lightspeed integrated with Moneris. I chose Chronogolf because it's far superior to any other programs I looked into. It's cloud-based, forward-thinking, and the apps available have significantly helped us, especially Chronopitch. We're excited to see what we can accomplish with WooCommerce and EComm. We switched from Golf Now to gain more control over our t-sheet and to have a familiar voice answering our phone lines each day. All in all, it's the best.

The program has evolved into a comprehensive system that offers flexibility in sales creativity. It's an excellent system that has made tee time booking more efficient for both clients and staff. It also allows for online promotion of golf courses, helping manage quieter times of the day and boost sales. The system is user-friendly and covers everything from booking reservations to events and tournaments, online payments, email banks, technical support, player and pricing options, statistics, market segmentation, reports, and more. The variety of options Chronogolf offers is unparalleled in the market. It's a powerful marketing tool for businesses, integrated with its own POS (Lightspeed) to provide a complete business tool package. While they may take their time to release certain features, I have no complaints about these features.

      As a golf course manager, I've been using Chronogolf by Lightspeed Golf since May 2014 and I highly recommend it. It's an outstanding golf management tool and a valuable asset to any company. I'm particularly impressed with the tee sheet booking and member management features. It's easy to distinguish different player types on the tee sheet due to individual colors, and starters can use tablets to view the tee sheet and manage the pace of play. The Chronogolf dashboard is also easily accessible online for players. These features are vital for all golf operators using the platform, especially because of its fast execution. The ability for players to book online from home or their phone is a significant advantage. Managing the tee sheet with our daily discounts is incredibly easy, and accessing reports from anywhere is effortless. Chronogolf also allows us to build a comprehensive customer database at no extra cost, and we can promote our golf course and tee times online and on social media to boost visibility.

      From the start, Chronogolf has impressed me with its competitive edge, fulfilling many of our requirements. Our experience has been so positive that we decided to integrate Lightspeed into all retail service points at our facility. After using other booking management systems for a few seasons, we had the chance to try Chronogolf, a comprehensive system that includes tee times management and a Point of Sale (POS) system. Being based in Quebec, we needed a multi-language software, which Chronogolf also offers. The demo version they provided was intuitive, enabling us to learn how to manage our golf course operations independently. The available tutorials and articles, along with real-time online support, have been incredibly beneficial. The system allows us to manage multiple prepaid rounds and packages, making it easy to see how many players have booked so we can plan our day. We offer many types of packages and it was challenging to track revenue and round usages on the tee sheet. However, Chronogolf has made this much easier.
