I discovered and began using forms.app just when my business needed it most during the height of the pandemic. Without it, my business may not have survived the slowdown. Despite initial challenges with editing and the limited free forms, I was able to easily build a database for data mining and analysis. I chose forms.app because the trial version was extremely helpful. I continued using it due to its user-friendly interface and the simplicity of data extraction and migration.

Expert Insight on forms-app
My overall experience with forms.app has been outstanding, but I currently don't favor using it. I value its user-friendly UI that enables new users to learn and finish tasks quickly. I feel that incorporating a live chat feature for real-time communication between clients and teams, as well as within the team, would be advantageous. I also believe that adding printing customization and more free usage features would be great.

Fair Form Creator but with Bugs
I find the forms-app very glitchy. The form emails have failed multiple times and the support team just asked me to reset it and start over. I believe that notification emails are a basic feature of any form builder. Although the form builder itself is decent, there are some basic glitches that need to be fixed.
