I use SaloniQ across three salons, two for hair and one for beauty, and it works flawlessly. It manages scheduling, online client booking, and stock control without a hitch. The standout feature is the customer service, which includes an excellent help module and quick response times to inquiries. I value the peace of mind that comes with a cloud-based solution, having previously had to recover from hard-drive failures and data loss. However, there are some downsides to working in the cloud, such as not feeling like I truly own my data and the cumbersome process of editing bulk data. There are also minor issues like the system defaulting back to the current month when booking out. Despite these minor issues, the system is intuitive, easy to use, and foolproof. The ongoing development and support, including webinars and documentation, are invaluable. I haven't seen this level of support elsewhere.

I appreciate the ability to monitor performance in various ways with Saloniq. I find the readily available chat support and the software's adaptability to individual needs impressive. I also value the chance to contribute to its development and the collaboration with 365 Hair to create a platform for positive salon management. However, I often find the software buggy with functions that don't work and error messages frequently appearing. Being cloud-based, there's no backup plan if the internet goes down unless I have mobile coverage. The vendor responded to my review, acknowledging the challenges with bugs and assuring that their support and development team have a good system in place to correct any issues promptly.

A Lifeline in Disguise!
Fantastic! From the introduction, to training, to the Facebook group, support chat, everything about SalonIQ is amazing. It's an intuitive software that is absolutely essential for salons in today's society. It has been a lifesaver during the lockdown and Covid-19. Honestly, I don't know how I would have managed without it! Life is so simple using it and it has made my business function much more professionally. I've even been able to start online bookings, which is amazing and frees me up to work. The support is also fantastic, the team is like a family and nothing is too much trouble. In fact, if something is missing that I think would benefit the system, they create it! And all for a third of the price of their competitors. I love SalonIQ. There are two versions and not all features are on both systems. It's not a big deal because it's easy to switch between the two, but it would be good if there was just one version.
