I made the switch to Cin7 about six months ago and it's been an interesting journey. This platform is unique and has a lot of potential. It feels like it was designed with the intention of showcasing test products and orders, which is a great concept for businesses just starting out. There are numerous features that are listed, which if fully functional, could revolutionize the way businesses operate. For instance, the 2-way sync with Shopify or Amazon is a promising feature. Although it's not perfect yet, with orders shipped from Shopify not automatically syncing on the platform, I believe with a bit more development, this could be a game-changer. The tech team is responsive and always ready to tackle issues. They are committed to improving the platform and are constantly working on fixes. While there may be some hiccups in the testing process, their dedication to making the platform better is commendable. The customer service team is also quite unique. They offer both chat-based support and representatives on Slack. While they may not always be immediately available, they do get back to you, and it's refreshing to see a company trying different avenues of communication. All in all, Cin7 is a platform with a lot of potential. It's not perfect, but with a dedicated team behind it, I'm excited to see how it will evolve and improve in the future.

An Evolving Journey with Cin7: Challenges, Improvements, and Future Prospects
I've had quite an interesting journey with Cin7 software and their customer service. The platform has always had its unique quirks, but their support team was always there to lend a hand. In March 223, we faced some challenges with the software's inventory management, which led to some exciting opportunities to improve our own stock management processes. Despite the hiccups, we kept the communication lines open with their support team, sending numerous emails. They then decided to sunset the platform in March 224, which was a strategic move that coincided with the annual subscriptions that were signed up in March 223. This was when we started to see some real changes in their platform. While they have decided not to refund subscriptions, it's clear that they are investing their resources into improving their platform and customer service. They are now part of the Cin7 family, which is known for its robust and reliable products. I'm genuinely excited to see how they evolve and improve their services. I would encourage everyone to keep an open mind and give Cin7 products a try. They are a company that is constantly learning and growing, and I believe they will continue to strive for excellence. It's quite an adventure being part of their journey!

Cin7: Generally Satisfying with Room for Improvement
This software enables me to synchronize three WooCommerce sites and ShipStation, acting as a central hub for reports and product ordering. Although there were some hiccups during the recent transition, things are getting better. I value the customization options, such as colors, templates, and email responses. The chat response time was fast until the upgrade from version 1.0 to 2.0, but I'm hopeful it will improve as they adjust to the transition. They typically resolve my problems within a few days. There are still some bugs and I frequently have to clear my cache, but it's manageable. Initially, version 2.0 was a letdown compared to 1.0, but it's improving now. I wish there were more tutorials, but I've ended up making my own.

Outstanding and User-Friendly App with Minor Sync Issues
I think the Cin7 app is excellent and extremely useful. I like nearly all of its features and find it very user-friendly. However, I occasionally have problems with the instant product sync command not responding.

Quality Software Solution
The support for Cin7 has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The software was simple to install and integrate with our existing system. Its inventory management feature has been especially beneficial for us and we intend to use it for fulfillment from next month. However, it doesn't have a bar code scanning option for picking and shipping. We transitioned to Cin7 as our company was expanding and we required a more advanced, yet user-friendly software.
