I've found ClearPath to be very open and transparent right from the start. Whenever we need support, it's quick and easy to connect with them through their web chat feature. They're always responsive and attentive, whether it's an urgent matter or just a suggestion. Our account manager, Cameron, is always positive and ready to resolve any issues, which we rarely have. This is a complete turnaround from our previous GPS service provider. They've always considered and implemented any feasible ideas from me or my team, and continue to work with our suggestions to improve and add new features. It's very satisfying to see our thoughts and opinions being put into action.

I value the vehicle tracking feature of ClearPathGPS the most. I like being able to monitor driving speed and getting alerts when the OBD tracker is disconnected. The customer service is top-notch, being both fast and helpful. I wish there was a quick view feature when hovering over vehicles to show various information like odometer readings and oil life percentage. It's inconvenient that the odometer reading for each vehicle needs frequent manual updates. Lastly, I noticed that engine/warning light notifications and readings require a 'pro' account.

Many times, I've signed up for a service and felt forgotten after signing up. This is not the case with ClearPathGPS. They've consistently provided support, installation help, and answers to any questions I have about the system. I appreciate the instant text I receive if the machines move, allowing me to see when and where it moved outside normal working hours. I have no complaints about ClearPathGPS. The staff support and installation process are straightforward. I switched to ClearPathGPS from a previous system that was difficult to use and track. I wouldn't receive notifications if equipment was started or moved outside of working hours, and their technical support and customer service were completely unresponsive.
