Cin7is a comprehensive inventory management solution that has streamlined my team's ability to monitor our orders across various channels, track our incoming and outgoing stock, manage e-Commerce listings, oversee order fulfillment and shipping, and adjust product pricing. The customer support team is exceptional! We can handle multiple facets of our inventory management, logistics, and operations from a single platform. However, due to its numerous features, it can take some time to learn how to customize the software's capabilities. We opted for Cin7 because their product demo was incredibly impressive and fulfilled all our requirements and beyond. Cin7's account representatives were very responsive and patiently addressed all our queries about the product. We transitioned to Cin7 from Sortly because Sortly was a basic product that only tracked inventory at a very rudimentary level.

It allows me to access and track numerous up-to-date orders without any lag, and check for customer returns. I can also confirm if the merchandise has been delivered to the customer. The software simplifies order management, giving me a clear view of the logistics flow and accurate customer information. I believe Cin7 is the best CRM for order management due to its quality, reliability, accessibility, and excellent interface. It enables me to monitor all orders with appropriate filters and categories, making inventory tracking easy. Registering new products and customer transactions is straightforward with its well-maintained interface. I can manage orders and inventory, track shipments, and view the entire process with just a few clicks. The technical support team is kind and knowledgeable, always ready to assist when I encounter an issue. However, there have been instances of latency due to traffic.

I find Cin7 to be a fantastic solution for small to mid-level businesses. I've set it up for several clients and they've all had a positive experience. It's been particularly helpful for order synchronization, purchase order management, inventory management, and order fulfillment, aiding our clients in staying organized and growing their businesses. There were a few issues a year ago, but Cin7 has since resolved them. I chose Cin7 for its excellent support, ease of use and setup, and impressive third-party integration.
