      Proceed with Caution: The Cin7 Experience

      Two weeks ago, I contacted our initial sales representative to terminate our project with Cin7. The CEO replied, confirming my suspicion that they had utilized our funds to enhance their own SaaS solution. They are now declining to give us a refund, which is a minor portion of what we've invested in terms of time and wages on this project. Despite their explicit refund policy, it appears to only be applicable when a product is actually delivered. While Cin7's standard SaaS solution might be satisfactory, I would advise anyone considering their "Plus"/"Enterprise" solution to be cautious. If you decide to proceed, demand a personalized, detailed scope of work and progress payments upon the delivery of each feature. Around 18 months ago, I started discussions with Cin7 to manage a significant portion of our ecommerce business. The prospect of a customizable Plus (now Enterprise) solution led me to select them. After six months of due diligence, I comprehended the software's features and what we required to be customized. However, my worries started when...

      Exceptional Support and Sleek Interface with Cin7

      My experience with Cin7 has been extremely positive and I highly recommend it. The personalized support I received was outstanding and greatly helped me get started on this new platform. I appreciate the simplicity of the app, as I found Skubana, which I used before, to be complex and less visually attractive. Even though the report I needed wasn't initially available, Cin7 went the extra mile to create a custom report for me. I chose Cin7 over Skubana because the latter was too costly and complicated for a business of our size. Cin7 was more affordable than all other options and seemed easier to use right from the beginning.

      Cin7 Support Review

      I have been using Cin7 for 18 months. After extensive research, I chose it as our warehouse solution because it fits our product type. We had a good onboarding process, and our project manager, Heena, went above and beyond to set up the software according to our needs. The ongoing support has been generally good, particularly from Pradeep, our main support contact. He is very knowledgeable and has resolved complex issues for us on multiple occasions. Sometimes, explaining a situation in writing can be challenging, but Pradeep is always ready to jump on a call when an issue needs more clarification than messaging can provide. This is extremely helpful and enhances our experience. However, due to time zone differences, there are times when responses can be delayed. This is usually not a problem, but it can be stressful when the matter is urgent. Everyone in the support team is very helpful and polite, making it a pleasure to work with them.
