OnBoard: Outstanding Board Portal Software
I find OnBoard extremely easy to use for our board meetings, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. It saves us a lot of time and paper, and our board members are very supportive of it. OnBoard's support team is excellent and the software is very helpful in reducing paper waste and facilitating online meetings. I'm grateful we had this in place when COVID-19 hit, as it allowed us to conduct our governance business easily and quickly. I've had no issues with OnBoard and would highly recommend it.

I find the OnBoard application extremely user-friendly with a wealth of help topics available. The site is easy to navigate with an intuitive dashboard, a handy calendar, and resource features that keep information easily accessible. I can access the portal from any device, which is extremely useful when I'm on the go. The customer service is excellent, with quick responses to any inquiries. OnBoard also offers free monthly webinars featuring product updates, tips, and tricks from super users, and informational sessions on various topics. OnBoard has become an integral part of planning, preparing, and developing our board meetings.

As a user and administrator, I find the OnBoard Management Software user-friendly. It enables us to create meeting agendas and attach relevant documents. It also has a feature for archiving documents. We can distribute surveys, vote via the portal, and digitally sign documents. The pricing is fair and the customer service is commendable.
