Exceptional Tool for Tracking and Optimizing
I utilize New Relic in my services for error tracking, bug monitoring, and API supervision. It helps me detect problems early, optimize queries, and manage slow endpoints, among other tasks. I find New Relic One's application quite diverse and crucial. It integrates easily with services and is compatible with applications in almost any language. However, its user interface is not very straightforward or intuitive, making it challenging for administrators and developers to fully utilize. It has a steep learning curve.

Superior Tool for Service and Infrastructure Monitoring
I appreciate the incredible insights provided by New Relic and its ability to focus on metrics during a crisis. The user interface is good and it's easy to develop plugins. However, the cost is a major drawback. There are cheaper alternatives available that can perform the same tasks. Also, the client-side agent is quite resource-intensive.

Adore New Relic, Yet It's Costly
New Relic has been crucial in helping me identify problematic code causing server freezes in unusual scenarios. It enables me to pinpoint errors in my software, providing detailed analysis and indicating what is taking a long time, potentially causing site freezing. It can isolate various types of issues, from Ruby to JavaScript, and has been a lifesaver when my code has caused problems. However, it's quite costly. If I were constantly using this data for improvements, it might be worth the expense, but I only use it when I encounter a problem, which isn't very frequent. Additionally, I have to pay more for extended history, which can add up. So, if I'm only using it a few times a year for troubleshooting, the annual cost is high, especially when compared to other services like Honeybager.

New Relic: A Powerful, Feature-Rich Tool for Your Enterprise
I had a positive experience with New Relic, given its affordability. It provides many features that are highly sought after by enterprise companies, particularly incidents and alerts. The metrics it supports are top-notch in the industry. However, its charts lack depth and the NRQL can be challenging to interpret. Additionally, New Relic is quite costly.

Unable to Install and No Response from Support
New Relic seems like a great tool for us, but we faced difficulties installing it on our server despite multiple attempts by two senior supporters at our hosting company. I tried to contact New Relic via email about this issue but couldn't find a way to do so on their website. I resorted to their open community and placed a ticket (id 15648) about the problem, but I have yet to receive a response.
