It can isolate various types of issues, from Ruby to JavaScript, and has been a lifesaver when my code has caused problems. However, it's quite costly. If I were constantly using this data for improvements, it might be worth the expense, but I only use it when I encounter a problem, which isn't very frequent. Additionally, I have to pay more for extended history, which can add up. So, if I'm only using it a few times a year for troubleshooting, the annual cost is high, especially when compared to other services like Honeybager.

Unable to Install and No Response from Support
New Relic seems like a great tool for us, but we faced difficulties installing it on our server despite multiple attempts by two senior supporters at our hosting company. I tried to contact New Relic via email about this issue but couldn't find a way to do so on their website. I resorted to their open community and placed a ticket (id 15648) about the problem, but I have yet to receive a response.
