The Massmailer software is cumbersome, slow, and offers a poor user experience. It seems impressive at first glance with its many features, but upon using it, I found several aesthetic problems and extremely slow loading times. The functionality, which should be the most crucial part, is also defective. I've faced issues like duplication errors, unsaved color changes, and faulty condition filters. Despite these problems, their customer service is responsive and typically resolves the issues. However, I feel like I'm a beta tester dealing with all these bugs. I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone. It's riddled with bugs and errors that make my job more difficult. I've reported numerous cases where the software wasn't functioning as it should. Considering we're paying hundreds of dollars each month for it, this is not acceptable. We opted for Zoho Campaigns because it was less expensive and had similar functionality, and we wanted a seamless sync with Zoho CRM.
