Effortless Administration with Limecall
I find Limecall easy to manage and use, with its filters and views allowing me to focus on my interests. However, getting users to register relevant data is a challenge. I appreciate being able to self-administer parts of the system, like changing text and adding or deleting fields, without needing a consultant. This makes customization quick and easy. I also value its integration with our business systems, although this is partly due to the "on premise" installation rather than a cloud solution hosted by Lime. However, I've noticed that the desktop client functionality is not fully implemented in the web client. I chose Lime CRM because Lundalogik's configuration process is well-defined and shows a lot of experience with customer adaptations, as well as knowledge of Lime as a system and its possibilities. Their support and management were also strong factors, as Lundalogik had the best offer by far.

We are able to get our data reports in any format we want, thanks to Limecall's user-friendly system. Lime offered to create a portal for our member organizations, which allows us to collaborate and share information on various levels. We needed a lot of customization and the Lime team was fantastic to work with. They helped us identify what was truly important and break away from old habits in our previous system. As a non-profit organization, our budget for system development is limited. Lime did an excellent job in building a solution for us, but naturally, there are aspects we'd like to continue developing. We chose Lime CRM because it was more user-friendly and the option of a custom portal for our member organizations was a deciding factor. We switched to Lime CRM because our old system was no longer user-friendly and didn't meet all our needs.
