I'm extremely thankful for the prompt responses from the customer team at VideoAsk, particularly [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. VideoAsk provides a broad array of diverse features and can be tailored to suit your requirements. Its API is also quite potent. We utilize it to distribute quests in gamifying travel experiences. However, it does use up more minutes as we primarily employ VideoAsk for video quests, creating a unique experience for our market. I opted for VideoAsk because it offers a more comprehensive solution compared to other platforms that provide fancy editing. It has loads of really cool features. My only recommendation would be to have a technical team to support users like us who are interested in the technical features such as APIs.

In my view, Videoask is a potent tool for personalization, enabling custom paths based on user decisions. I value its unique feature of creating your own chatbots using video, something I haven't seen in any other tool. This allows an automated chatbot to explain all the steps in real time. The highlight is the capability to schedule a demo within Videoask without exiting the experience. However, I found the integration with Hubspot somewhat difficult. Tracking responses to Hubspot into custom fields wasn't as straightforward as I had hoped. I managed to resolve this issue using the API, but a direct integration would have been more convenient.
