OKR consultants: As an OKR consultant, Koan is distinguished by its emphasis on facilitating conversation. Koan helps to keep these structured and regular

Koan is easy and quick to implement, helping such organizations navigate through the noise and achieve a significant amount of their stretch goals
Software development teams: For such teams, Koan is the most feature-rich software for managing Objectives and Key Results. Its full support for teams and the ability to create high-level company goals and link these together at a lower team level is incredibly easy
Teams working cross-functionally: Koan offers a consistent method to track progress towards objectives and comprehend what everyone is working on. It also allows for initiatives to be owned by multiple teams, proving to be extremely valuable for teams working cross-functionally
New staff members: Koan is extremely useful in introducing new staff to company goals and showing them how their work contributes. It enhances the understanding of an organization's activities and is easy to onboard people.

Amplify Your Goals with Koan Software
Koan has greatly assisted us in focusing on our objectives and key results unlike any other software. We use it actively every week in all-hands meetings to review everyone's weekly reflections. It also offers a platform for immediate feedback on our objectives, both within teams and at the company level, making us more focused and structured. As a team lead, I find giving personal feedback on reflections very beneficial. After trying several different solutions, we chose Koan. It is the most feature-rich software for managing Objectives and Key Results. Its full support for teams and the ability to create high-level company goals and link these together at a lower team level is incredibly easy. I especially love the ease of linking in general. It's a powerful way to align an organization with multiple teams. The weekly reflection feature is extremely useful and the ability to instantly score our progress is great. However, I do miss a native mobile solution, but that might just be me. As a software development.

Gratitude for the Assistance
I find Gtmhub useful in enhancing the organization and traceability of our ideas. Everything is clear and well-structured. However, I don't like the fact that I can't delete when I've made a mistake in writing something. I appreciate the vendor's response, acknowledging my feedback and assuring me that they are considering adding this feature in the future as they continuously roll out new features and improvements.

Effortless OKR Software for Streamlined Team Integration
As a member of a growing team, I find Koan extremely useful in introducing new staff to our company goals and showing them how their work contributes. We use Koan in our weekly executive meetings and it has greatly enhanced our understanding of our organization's activities. Setting up Koan was very straightforward and they provided resources to help introduce OKRs to our team and assist with onboarding. I often get real-time responses to my queries through the live chat. They consistently add new features without any unnecessary extras. However, I would like to see more export and print options, as well as more features to support 1:1s and performance management. The user experience can be slightly confusing due to the similarities between team and company views. We chose Koan because it has the right features without any bloat, offers value for money, and is easy to onboard people.

Streamlined Collaboration and Visibility with Koan
My team is dispersed and Koan offers us a consistent method to track our progress towards our objectives and comprehend what everyone is working on. As we increasingly work cross-functionally, the ability to have initiatives owned by multiple teams is proving to be extremely valuable. The weekly reflection feature is simple yet effective for both monitoring progress and planning ahead. However, the software requires a lot of manual input and individual item manipulation, which can make it a bit cumbersome to use. Despite this, it doesn't significantly affect its main functionality. We chose Koan because it wasn't overkill - it provided just what we needed without unnecessary features. Its pricing also made it easy for us to start using it and it really stuck with us. We switched to Koan from Perdoo, which was a mess for us. Its conceptual model was almost impossible to understand and they frequently made massive changes to the interface that required a steep learning curve. It felt like they were trying to do too much at once.
