I had a fantastic experience with Hushmail, considering it an exceptional service and superior product. It integrated flawlessly into our business and became a valuable part of our workflow. Both our professional staff and patients found it user-friendly. Information is instantly sent to patients who can easily fill out and approve forms. I strongly recommend getting business and signature forms made by the Hushmail team. Our patients can sign by typing their name, using the mouse, or adding a JPG signature. I have no complaints at all, it's a superior product based on our experience. I chose Hushmail for its simplicity and surprisingly cost-effective nature.

I am extremely satisfied with Hushmail's outstanding customer service as they respond to me promptly. I value the feature that allows me to create alias emails for various purposes and find it easy to send attachments. I also enjoy the convenience of having a mobile app. However, I find the cost slightly high and wish my return email address wasn't visible to recipients. As a marriage and family counselor in California, my emails are considered advertising and must include my full name, license type, and number, which compromises client confidentiality. The alias emails address this issue, but they don't include my website name, instead, they display Hushmail's information. Despite this, I can still maintain confidentiality when emailing established clients. Hushmail responded to my feedback, informing me that I can set up email forwarding addresses using my own domain and offered help to do so. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Excellent Secure Email Solution
I've had a positive experience with Hushmail so far, with no major problems. I value the ability to send HIPAA compliant and encrypted emails, and the option to include a form in my emails. However, I've noticed that I often have to refresh my screen when adding a contact, as the information doesn't register unless I do so. I'm not keen on the fact that others can't initiate an encrypted message to me, but I understand this may not be a Hushmail issue. I chose Hushmail over other products because it best met my needs and was more cost-effective. I also appreciated the ability to send a form in emails. I switched to Hushmail for HIPAA compliance. The vendor responded to my feedback, suggesting I use their secure contact forms to allow clients to initiate encrypted messages. They provided links to a sample form and more information about their secure forms, and offered assistance.
