Misleading Storage Claims
I'm disappointed with Hushmail, a HIPAA compliant encryption service, which I feel has become money-driven. I'm using their "free" version, which they no longer offer, and I believe they're trying to push me out by falsely claiming my storage usage increases every month. I've attempted to contact their customer service twice about this issue, but received no response. It appears they prioritize subscription holders over loyal customers like me. I've had to set up an automatic reply directing my clients to contact me through other means. I chose Hushmail because I trusted their promises, but I feel let down. Although the company did reach out to me after I left feedback, my overall experience has been negative.
