      I had an interesting journey with Hotelogix, a property management software company based in India. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about trusting another company, especially one based overseas, after a less than stellar experience with my previous software. However, their persuasive salesperson managed to convince me to give it a shot. I invested 85€ for the first month and eagerly embarked on the onboarding process. During a three-way call, they discovered that my apartments were not in the same location, even though I had provided this information on their forms. This posed a challenge for the channel manager, which was designed to handle only one location under one account. Instead of turning me away, they assured me that they would find a solution, even though they had a no-refund policy. They initially quoted me a price of 18€ for 4 apartments (7 units in total), which was slightly over my budget. However, they were flexible and agreed to lower the price to 1€. Yes, I ended up paying 15€ more per month, but I appreciated their willingness to accommodate my needs. As I started to think about other potential issues, I asked more questions. They were patient and explained that the misunderstanding was due to the information I had provided. After a couple of days of silence, I was pleasantly surprised when a representative called me. This showed me that they were committed to resolving the issue and valued my business. Overall, my experience with Hotelogix was a learning curve. It taught me the importance of clear communication and patience. Despite the initial hiccups, I appreciate their dedication to finding a solution and their willingness to negotiate on the price. I'm looking forward to seeing how our partnership evolves.

      As a new hotelier who is computer literate, I was looking for a system that would be easy to use given the many considerations in the hospitality industry. I found Hotelogix to be extremely helpful. It's a cloud-based system that is always available, with strong architecture and reliability. The 24/7 online support is a lifesaver, allowing receptionists to either watch support videos or contact the chatline for solutions. I've been using the system for 2 years and everything has been great. It allows me to form rate packages, block out rooms, and the housekeeping module is excellent. It also provides forward forecasting which is very useful for the kitchen. The only downside is that entering a full coach day after day for tours is time-consuming, but the company is working on a solution. Overall, I find Hotelogix very easy to use and I would highly recommend it.
