One of the aspects that stood out to me was the folio feature, which becomes available once the guest checks out. This is a unique approach that I found quite interesting. During my time using the software, I noticed a few minor bugs, which I believe are part of any software's journey towards perfection. I decided to cancel my contract and requested a refund for my annual payment. Although their policy didn't allow for a refund, I appreciated their transparency and prompt communication. I had paid for a year in advance and used the service for less than a month, which gave me a unique perspective on the value of the software. I invested over 1USD, which I view as a learning experience in understanding the software market better. I would definitely recommend giving Hotelogix a try. It's a unique experience and you never know, it might just be the perfect fit for your needs!
