Once I had set up the Hive software via the app, it worked very well. However, the setup process was quite challenging and frustrating, especially when connecting the three modules. I have installed the system in two different properties and encountered issues with both. I believe Hive needs to simplify the app pairing connection process as it can be quite confusing.

I find the Hive software readily available at a reasonable price. It was straightforward to install, replacing an older type of wireless controller. Pairing the remote thermostat and boiler controller was really easy. Setting up the desired program for the house, in terms of timing and temperature, was simple. The best part is that I can control it remotely from my smartphone, boosting the temperature if needed or turning off the heating if I'm out. It also provides a graph showing the house temperature achieved and the daily operating hours of the boiler.
