Easy to Use, Offers More Flexibility than a Heating Control
I find the Hive software extremely easy to use for controlling heating from anywhere and for scheduling or making changes. It's far superior to an analogue remote control device. I'm also considering exploring other Hive features for my house. I highly recommend this product.

I had the Hive system installed after getting a new boiler in September 223. Initially, everything was working perfectly. However, I started experiencing issues with a red light appearing on the receiver next to the boiler. I had to remove and reinstall the batteries in the thermostat to resolve the issue. This happened again after using the holiday mode in December. The same issue occurred in the New Year and again this morning. The system does not reset without intervention. I suspect the thermostat might be faulty as it displays no signal during these episodes. Despite following all the installation advice, the system has proven to be unreliable.

Hive Wireless Heating and Hot Water Kit Review
I purchased the Hive wireless kit from the Screwfix sale for my combi boiler. The engineer set up the stat and I followed the simple connection booklet to download the app on my phone. It works extremely efficiently for timer and manual control and has proven to be a great purchase and well worth the money. I highly recommend it.

Should've Purchased a Hive Thermostat Earlier!
I am very pleased with my new Hive thermostat and its accompanying app. It's user-friendly and gives me better control over my heating compared to my old thermostat. The ability to remotely adjust the heating or change the temperature is extremely convenient. I wish I had purchased one earlier!

I found the Hive thermostat and hub easy to install and set up, working well even through a 6mm thick solid stone wall without a signal booster. However, I initially struggled to determine the correct receiver for my Worcester Bosch Greenstar Heatslave II boiler. More upfront information, such as a list of compatible boilers, would have been helpful and potentially saved Worcester Bosch from numerous helpline calls.

Experience Hive Heating Controls for Men
I've had Hive heating controls for many years and on the few occasions when a glitch occurred, it was immediately resolved by knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was worried that my system was outdated and after reading about updated technology and seeing that it was currently discounted, I decided to contact Hive. The advisor was excellent, answering all my questions about how it differs from my current system. All my concerns were alleviated without any pushy sales tactics. I've purchased upgraded equipment which will be installed this week. Although it can be self-installed, I'm not good with DIY so I chose to have it done by Hive personnel.

Hive truly is top-notch!
I upgraded my heating control system to Hive and it has not disappointed me in any way. The hall thermostat is of excellent quality and very user-friendly for boosting or changing schedules. I particularly enjoy the app that allows me to control the boiler and temperature while I'm away from home. I never return to a cold house anymore!
