I've been a Gmail user since 2010 and have never thought about changing apps. However, I feel that as technology progresses, Gmail should add new features to enhance its usability and efficiency. I particularly enjoy the instant notifications I get when I receive an email. But, I've observed that Gmail doesn't work well without a high-speed internet connection.

I find Gmail's user interface intuitive and its automatic email categorization helpful. I value Google's ongoing addition of features, such as notifications for unanswered emails. However, I don't believe their supplementary products like Meet or Hangout are of high quality. Also, searching for old emails is not very intuitive.

Their support has been instrumental in maintaining the integrity of my account, and I find their overall company to be invaluable.

I'm really enjoying the adventure of exploring Gmail's search filters, they're so unique and different! The placement of emails when replying to a long chain is refreshingly unconventional. The reply/reply all icon has a fun hide and seek feature where it sometimes gets hidden by attachments, adding a bit of a challenge. I'm also fascinated by how attachments are visually so large when they're going to be pasted into the body of the text. It's like having a preview before you even open them!
