Inadequate Training
We've been using Freshworks, a system set up by a previous IT staff member, but we're having difficulty utilizing it effectively and getting the reporting to work as needed. We've attempted training, but the trainers were difficult to understand as English wasn't their first language. As a result, we're not using the system to its full potential and are considering switching. It would be beneficial if we could arrange training for my team with an expert.
