    Amazing CRM Software

    I've been using Hubspot's CRM for about 2 years and find it incredibly intuitive and easy to manage communications. However, I wish their automations were more affordable. Currently, I only use the CRM and use Mailchimp for email marketing due to the significant price difference. I appreciate their support team, who quickly implemented a fix when I couldn't access a feature with my screen reader.

    Superior Software Experience with HubSpot Service Hub

    My experience with HubSpot Service Hub has been excellent and it's difficult to pinpoint any shortcomings as the features have consistently improved over time. It's an outstanding extension of the marketing/sales hub, offering a central place for cross-team customer management and a unified contact record. The knowledge base and ticketing/pipeline feature also provide a simple way for customers to find solutions or receive the assistance they need. There are few downsides to this software. Although it may have some limitations compared to a dedicated service tool, the fact that it's part of the HubSpot suite makes up for this. I chose HubSpot Service Hub because it offers better pricing and integration with other tools.
