I've been using Formidable Forms as my main form builder for the past 7 years, having switched from a competitor due to its more modern feel and ease of use for me as a developer. The drag-and-drop interface is extremely user-friendly and the included fields usually meet my needs. The built-in actions that can be triggered upon successful form submission generally fulfill my project requirements, with plenty of add-ons available if needed. However, I find the plugin lacks advanced conditional field values, making it difficult to create a quiz that scores users based on their overall answers and redirects to a success page based on the total of all fields. I chose Formidable Forms because it was easier for me to work with and offered a more comprehensive feature set for the cost than its competitors. The Form Actions were a major selling point for me early on.

I am extremely satisfied with Formidable Forms. We purchased an elite license as we use it as a standard installation for all our projects. We were able to easily create a multi-step online school registration form and make modifications based on client feedback, focusing only on the necessary changes. The ability to add extra features like Zapier integration with just a few clicks is amazing! It's a bit pricey, but ultimately worth it as we probably saved time and money by not needing additional plugins for certain functions. Formidable has everything well covered! We chose Formidable Forms for its available integrations with third parties. We switched to Formidable Forms as it offered much more in terms of functionality and third-party integrations.

The Multi-tool of Form Plug-ins
Four years ago, as a newcomer to WordPress, I was in search of a forms solution. The native solution and the one included with my theme didn't meet my needs. So, I took a chance on Formidable Forms without any prior knowledge and I've never regretted it. Formidable Forms is, quite simply, the best form package for WordPress sites and should be one of the first plug-ins you add to your site. It's a versatile tool and incredibly easy to use. I highly recommend it.

It's the best form builder I've ever used, providing all the features I needed and more. My site now looks more professional with all these amazing features. I've been using Formidable Forms for several years and it's a great WordPress form builder. The only downside is its price. It's quite expensive and there are now cheaper form builders available. I chose Formidable Forms because I'm familiar with it and it provides all the functionality I need.
