They release weekly development updates and genuinely listen to my feedback on how to enhance their platform. Their customer service is exceptional, with short lead times and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They have mastered candidate engagement within their platform, allowing me to easily interact with our candidates via social channels, email, and click-to-call. The platform is user-friendly and provides a clear path for matching candidates to clients and jobs quickly. However, the cloud software can be restrictive at times, particularly when trying to save documents quickly or navigating through multiple screens in one session. I chose Firefish because, from day one, they wanted to partner with us and grow together. No other supplier demonstrated this to us. Plus, they prioritized the candidate journey and engagement, which we highly value.

The software presents numerous opportunities for improvement and it's simple to train my team on, establish KPI's, and generate reports. It also enables me to engage with my entire database. While there are occasional glitches, they are always promptly resolved. I switched to Firefish due to the lack of support, ease of reporting, and overall cost. I am grateful for the response from the vendor, Amy, who thanked me for my review and expressed delight that I am pleased with Firefish.

The system, created by those with recruitment experience, is logical in its task and workflow management. The contact search capabilities and suggested matches are smart, adding real value to my interactions with candidates and clients. They also swiftly set up my website and CRM system when I started my business, providing comprehensive training and support during onboarding. However, the site doesn't fully integrate with major job boards or social media, meaning advert responses don't automatically list against my roles and instead go into my email. There is a 365 integration that simplifies transferring these into the system, but it can be time-consuming if I have a lot of responses to manage. I chose Firefish for its logical task and workforce management, ease of use, website and email integration, and exceptional customer service, as evidenced by the level of customization available.
