It also assists me in managing the number of people attending each time slot. However, some of my clients find it challenging to use, and I wish there were more instructional videos for each section. The time I save on certain tasks, I end up spending explaining to each client how to use the app. I also believe the feature to send automatic messages via WhatsApp could be enhanced, and there should be an option for automatic recording of monthly expenses. For instance, enabling the monthly invoice charge for local rent and utilities payment. I opted for CrossHero because a post piqued my interest.
