Excellent for Small and Medium Businesses

I find the Concord software extremely helpful in managing our vendor and independent contractor agreements. I especially appreciate the automated templates feature, which saves us significant time on paperwork each month. The simplicity of the software is a major advantage. However, I wish there was a feature to manage users in one panel and assign permissions by entity, instead of doing it individually for each entity. I also think the analytics feature is quite basic and could be improved.

Top-tier Solution for Contract Signing and Management with Clients

I enjoy managing my contracts and tracking the signature process with my clients using Concord. I find the user experience of using templates to create new contracts very straightforward. The signing process is simple, easy to use, and mobile-friendly. The document management could be improved in the future, but it's satisfactory for now. I chose Concord after trying it for a month and decided to switch from Panda Doc due to difficulties in managing templates and a less than satisfactory experience in inserting fields into a simple Word document. I also found it expensive and the overall experience in 2020 was not up to par. The Concord team responded to my feedback, expressing their appreciation and commitment to improving the areas I mentioned.

Need to Access Custom Fields? Think Twice!

I entered into a contract with Concord over a year ago and have experienced two significant disappointments. First, we started working with Concord in April 2016 and were promised a connection to our custom Salesforce fields within 30 days. However, even after this period, we couldn't connect to the custom fields. We were then promised it would be fixed by the end of 2017, but as of March 2017, the problem still exists. We've been paying for a service that is severely limited, with no offer of account credit or any indication of when the custom fields will be accessible. Second, one of our users, who we have been paying for, can't connect his API key to the Concord platform. Despite reaching out to their Customer Service department multiple times, we keep receiving the same vague response that the tech team is "working hard to investigate the issue". Our last two emails have been ignored for over 30 days. We feel neglected and deceived.
