-
Inadequate customer service: There have been instances where customer service was not responsive, leaving users feeling neglected and frustrated when they encountered issues with the software
-
Limited document management: While the software is generally user-friendly and efficient, its document management capabilities could be improved, as it can sometimes be challenging to locate old contracts or customer-related documents
-
Inflexible approval setup: The software's linear approval setup can be restrictive for users who prefer a more flexible model that allows for simultaneous review and approval.
-
Delayed integration with Salesforce: Despite promises of a quick integration with Salesforce, the process took longer than expected, causing inconvenience and limiting the software's functionality for users who rely on Salesforce for their operations

Efficient, User-Friendly, and Practical System
Overall, we are very satisfied with Concord. We currently have around 20 users and everyone has had a positive experience so far. Like any new system, we've had some questions, but our Customer Success Manager is always very responsive and provides effective solutions to our concerns. The platform is easy to navigate and offers electronic signature, third party access, and the ability to track changes and set lifecycle. The transition from our previous system to Concord took a bit longer than expected, but overall, we are very pleased with the system. We chose Concord because we didn't like the platform of our previous provider and they only offered electronic signature as an add-on. We switched to Concord from Policytech because, although it was a great contract management system, it didn't offer other features we were looking for, such as third party access and electronic signature.

Effortless to Use for Any Team
I find Concord easy to use for any team, not just Legal, thanks to its familiar Google Doc-like interface. It allows me to move negotiations out of my inbox and edit, redline, comment, and chat directly on Concord.

Exploring Concord: A User's Perspective on MS
So far, I've found the advantage of having a centralized location for document maintenance to outweigh the few issues I've encountered. I've been using Concord for 4 months now and I'm particularly impressed with the onboarding process. The assigned agent from Concord is always available, helps me familiarize myself with the system, allows me to progress at my own pace, and finds answers to any questions they don't know. I also appreciate the software's user-friendliness. However, there are some features I wish were available, like the ability to keep a running list of added fields. Currently, I have to type in the field name each time and remember what fields I've created and their names. The software also doesn't allow the use of commas in folder or third-party names. I chose Concord mainly because of its cost, ease of use, and terms. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback and their commitment to improving the customer experience.
