Streamline Your Hiring Process with Breezy
Managing all recruitment and hiring processes in one place with Breezy has greatly improved my team's efficiency. We no longer find manual recruitment suitable and heavily rely on Breezy for automating the candidate application process. It's simple and easy to promote and advertise job openings on the Breezy job board. The candidate management feature is very effective for tracking applications as it generates reports and analytics for all candidate data. However, Breezy has many bugs and the reports it generates are not always reliable as they sometimes exclude current data, causing discrepancies between the insights from the reports and our own data. Additionally, there's no option to archive candidate data in the software storage for future reference. Despite these issues, we switched to Breezy because it's inexpensive and provides everything we need for our hiring process.

I had a truly unique experience with Breezy! My dress arrived after a few weeks, building up the anticipation. When it arrived, it was a bit snug, which made me realize that their sizes are more on the petite side. I reached out to their customer service and after a few attempts, I was thrilled to finally hear back from them. They explained that the dress was indeed the size I ordered, and suggested a creative solution - to gift it to someone else. I ended up spending $55 on a dress that was a perfect gift for my friend. Their unique sizing and innovative solutions make Breezy a brand I would recommend!

Just Getting Started: Breezy's Bright Future
My experience with Breezy has been largely positive. It's a young company with a bright future. They've recently implemented necessary updates and I value the chance to provide feedback, ask questions, and engage with a human in a timely manner. I enjoy the simplicity of moving candidates through stages, adjusting requirements, and the overall simplicity of the system. However, there are still some issues that need to be addressed, such as managing duplicates, enhancing the messaging system, and optimizing the workflow. Despite these minor issues, I find Breezy user-friendly, adding a new job is straightforward, and I appreciate the automatic import features. However, the absence of a de-duplication process and some cumbersome features can lead to confusion. The Breezy chrome extension could also use some improvements. I appreciate the team's responsiveness and am excited to see the software evolve.

Breezy: A Breath of Fresh Air in Recruitment Software!
I used to store a lot of candidate information, including resumes, on my computer. Now, I'm grateful to have a cloud to securely store this information and free up space on my computer. Breezy's tagging feature allows me to search for candidates that match job descriptions more effectively than other platforms I've used. I can organize candidates well and visually see the pool of candidates I have, and who is working on certain positions. Even though I haven't been able to use all of Breezy's features since I'm a one-person team using the free version, it has been very helpful in the recruitment process. I appreciate its organization and the options I would use if I had a team. I plan to add a paid subscription in the future to use the communication feature for texting and scheduling. I used these features in the free trial and found it much easier to communicate directly through the platform, rather than using three different tools to text, email, and schedule with candidates.

Everything I Desired
I really like the layout of profiles and the organization of candidates within job postings on Breezy. It lets me navigate through candidates in the way I prefer and helps me visualize the volume I have for each role. The profile scraping feature is outstanding and better than anything I've used before. However, the Boolean searches could be more robust and the page loading time can sometimes be slow. I switched to Breezy because I wanted a better layout to visualize and organize my job pipelines.
