Great App, Terrible Customer Service
The app is good, but the customer support is terrible. Whenever I try to chat with support, I get a message saying they missed me and will get back to me shortly, but shortly often means days. Once I report an error, they disappear until I send reminders. My friends who use Quickbooks seem to have a more customer-friendly experience. Zoho, you're going to lose customers if you don't improve your support!

We needed a recurring invoice for partners with multiple clients and subscriptions, and ZohoSubs offered a great solution. The payment integration was smooth and setting up WebForms for creating subscriptions was easy. However, the integration with ZohoCRM was not as seamless as we expected.

As a new entrepreneur, I've found Zoho Social to be incredibly helpful in scheduling future posts across multiple platforms. I've been searching for a software like this for a while and even the free version has allowed me to manage my social media channels effectively. What I appreciate about the Zoho Social team is that they offer a 15-day trial period where you can enjoy the full version and schedule posts that will appear on your social media channels even after the trial period. I've also had interactions with their customer service, who were very friendly and understanding. They were quick to resolve an issue I had with my email address.
