Excellent Overall.
Recently, I renovated my bathroom and required new furnishings. I found everything I needed online, including a mug toilet brush, an over-the-door shelving rack, and storage boxes, all in my preferred color. The delivery, packaging, and prices were excellent. I will certainly use them again and since there's a local Wilco, I'll drop by. They've definitely made it to my favorites list.

Steer Clear of Wilco
I called this morning to inquire about someone checking the hardwiring for my dash cam as it had stopped functioning. A very courteous man asked me to come in so he could take a look. Upon arrival, I was confronted by two extremely impolite individuals who implied that I was lying and that no one had told me to come in. The polite man I had spoken to earlier showed up but was unable to assist. One of the rude individuals yelled to charge me £2, which they didn't. I won't be returning there. Interestingly, one of the men claimed they don't handle Dashcams while standing in front of a sign that read 'Dashcams Installed!!'

Poor Online Service
I purchased a ladder from Wilco, but the service was poor and they made mistakes. I wrote a review about my experience, but they refused to publish it. I found it difficult to contact anyone at Wilco and their response time was slow. The ladder itself is excellent, but the service from Wilco was disappointing. They delivered the wrong ladder twice, which was actually the fault of Werner, the direct shipper. I tried to resolve the issue with Wilco, but they took so long to respond that I ended up dealing with Werner directly. They were quick to respond, but unfortunately, they sent the same incorrect replacement. Wilco only responded after everything was sorted out. The only way to contact them was through their web form, which I found unacceptable for this type of issue. Despite the service, the ladder is great - it's light, sturdy, and has a handy tool platform. It's perfect for my 2.8m ceilings and I use it for all my DIY projects around the house. I've retired my old, bulky ladder to the shed and keep this one under the stairs for everyday use. I won't be using Wilco again.
