One of the primary distinctions between LambdaTest and BrowserStack lies in their pricing structures. While LambdaTest provides flexible pricing options starting at a lower entry point, BrowserStack tends to be positioned as the premium solution with higher starting prices. LambdaTest offers plans starting from $19 per month for its basic package, catering to the needs of startups and small teams, and scales up to higher-tier plans. In contrast, BrowserStack's pricing starts at $29 per month, reflecting its premium positioning in the market. Despite the variance in pricing, both platforms offer competitive features and capabilities to streamline cross-browser testing processes effectively.
Another notable difference between LambdaTest and BrowserStack is in their scope of integrations and third-party tool support. LambdaTest offers a wide array of integrations with popular development and project management tools such as Jira, Slack, GitHub, and more. This extensive integration...

Appreciating Browserstack's Straightforward Pricing, Auto-Renewal Feature, and Transparent Policies
I must say, the pricing of Browserstack is incredibly straightforward and they have a convenient auto-renewal feature. This means you don't have to worry about manually renewing your plan every year. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that my plan had been automatically renewed, ensuring uninterrupted service. I hadn't used the product in a while, but the annual renewal fee of over $1, reminded me of the value it provides. Their website is so user-friendly, and instead of a cancel button, they have a more personalized approach. You can simply send them an email if you wish to make any changes to your subscription. This gives you a chance to interact with their responsive customer service team. When I inquired about their refund policy, they were clear and upfront about their strict no-refund policy. This level of transparency is refreshing. I would highly recommend Browserstack. Their business model is based on providing continuous service and maintaining open communication with their customers.

High Cost and Subpar Service: A BrowserStack Review
We utilized Browserstack at a large French company, which I prefer not to name. Our experience was poor due to the lack of a proper wait queue and terrible management of incoming requests. If there were more than five waiting requests, the connections would break at the TCP level. This led to significant CI crashes due to their request management. Additionally, it was very expensive. We switched to a competitor that offered a real waiting queue, less flakiness, no strange behavior, and surprisingly, was half the price. We have not regretted our decision since.

Test Across Devices Without Owning Them All
I have been using BrowserStack for several years and it continues to be the best and most cost-effective tool available. It's excellent for testing potential issues before each software release and reporting back to the developers. It's easy to switch between devices for testing on different browsers and provides a good idea of what things will look like. The pricing is excellent and they are constantly adding new device and browser combinations. I value the support for older devices and browsers, as 5% of our market still uses these. It's also great for testing old versions of Internet Explorer. It enables us to quickly test and check reports of issues from users on our range of in-house solutions and systems. However, it's not always 100% accurate to the device/browser mix and we sometimes need to use a device to check when the issue can't be replicated. This only happens a few times a year.

An Engaging Experience with BrowserStack: A User's Perspective
BrowserStack is an exciting software, especially for users like me who have varying monthly usage needs. It's thrilling to see how they've designed their plans, like the 'freelancer' plan which offers a neat monthly allowance. I love the element of surprise as the allowance isn't visible within the app, it's like a fun guessing game! If you're like me and don't need to use it for several months, it's great because when you do need it, you'll find the allowance gets used up at just the right pace. Their support team is refreshingly unique, they keep you on your toes by providing answers that make you think outside the box about their services. It's a truly engaging experience!

PagBank's Experience with BrowserStack: A Crucial Tool for Development and Testing
I mainly use BrowserStack (BS) to automate our UI tests, which is a vital part of our daily development process. We also utilize BS to test our iOS application on various devices. Recently, we found and fixed a bug in iOS 15, thanks to BS. At that time, our MacOS's weren't updated with BigSur, which hindered us from installing our application with iOS 15 due to Xcode. But, BS came to our aid, enabling us to test, debug, and deliver our app without any bugs. My overall experience with BS has been excellent. What I value most about BS is its simplicity. It's incredibly easy to build our application and test it on multiple devices. The range of different devices available, especially for iOS, simplifies our testing process and bug detection. At PagBank, we enjoy using BS to test our product and ensure we're providing top-notch software to our clients. However, I think BS could improve.
