It also provides easy prototyping, which allows for a quick definition of what needs to be developed. However, the documentation doesn't always help to solve problems and can sometimes be inadequate. Also, the product's versioning method often means that a problem with one version can only be resolved with a new version, requiring frequent testing of the development. I switched to GeneXus because the tool I was using was client-server.

GeneXus manages various aspects of application development such as database definition, reorganization, and data conversion. It provides numerous features that speed up the development process, including patterned User Experience and multiexperience. It also enables me to effortlessly migrate from one platform or language to another, allowing me to use technology and concentrate on business issues, rather than both. Over time, I've witnessed technology changes and different languages emerge and disappear. However, our applications based on these technologies were simply regenerated into the next language and continued to operate. GeneXus allows me to create truly future-proof applications. I can concentrate on the business issues and let GeneXus handle the technology. GeneXus handles many technical details, relieving me from worrying about every minor technical detail. However, this can be a double-edged sword. There's a risk of letting GeneXus handle everything to the point where I could become disconnected with technology trends.
