I discovered that VideoAsk has made sending briefings to my clients much simpler. They now respond more comprehensively and the videos have made a substantial impact. However, the free version has a significant limitation and I can't use it frequently. For even the most basic uses, I need to pay for the tool as the limit is quite low. I switched to VideoAsk because the agency plan offered by Growform is more appealing.

I like the templates on VideoAsk and hope to see more. I use it for my Typeform employee application, but the video size limit is an issue as many applicants can't upload their short videos. I'm also unhappy with the lack of ability to rearrange the order of reviews or separate video reviews from written ones.

I also adore the ability to customize it to our ProjectBox brand, including its design and messaging. With a little planning, it's incredibly simple to set up and integrate with our existing tools. The feedback we've received has been extremely positive and our conversion rate for inquiries has significantly improved using this software. Initially, there were a few problems, but they've all been resolved. It can be a bit challenging to remember where certain settings are, but once you know, it's simple. I chose VideoAsk because of how easy it was to create a 'choose your own journey' experience for visitors to our website and the ability to brand it as needed.
