Brilliant Idea Hindered by Subpar Development
My experience with Teamwork has been disappointing, leading me to consider other options. I appreciate its integration with other products like Desk and its relative ease of use, but I've faced numerous errors. Updates are rolled out during business hours without warning, often causing lost work. Various features stop working unexpectedly and customer service is slow to fix these issues, if they fix them at all. For example, emails have not been working for the past two weeks. Despite notifying support and being told after five days that the issue was resolved, it still continues. Also, the system becomes extremely slow when managing many tasks. However, Teamwork has expressed their willingness to improve my experience and resolve these problems.
