Exploring Tap My Back: User-Friendly with Room for Improvement
I find the Tap My Back software to be user-friendly and easy to use. However, I wish it had a feature to share on LinkedIn or WhatsApp. The vendor responded positively to my review and suggestion, showing interest in the idea of a feature for sharing badges on social media. They encouraged me to send any other ideas or suggestions to their email.

Empowering Staff Recognition with Tap My Back
I use Tap My Back as a staff appreciation platform for five attributes: actions, attitudes, achievements, advancements, and assistance. My team uses it to express their appreciation for each other and these are reviewed and rewarded monthly. Everyone finds it easy to use and interact with. Currently, I don't see any areas that need improvement. The vendor responded to my review, thanked me and encouraged me to reach out if I have any suggestions for improvement.

Time to Acknowledge!
I had a positive experience with Tap My Back. They were quick to respond and provided a useful tool to address a problem in our company - employee recognition. The tool is user-friendly and encourages collaboration, enhances relationships within the company, and most importantly, acknowledges employees. This recognition, visible to all, positively impacts daily work and increases pride and engagement. However, the mobile app is somewhat basic and lacks a notifications feature to alert me of interactions. Also, integrating with SSO, especially with Microsoft Azure AD, has been difficult. I chose Tap My Back for its features and price, switching from Prise which lacked global visibility and was more focused on one-to-one recognition. Prise also had limited fun elements like gifs, pictures, and images. The Tap My Back team responded to my review, promising to contact me about the MSTeams integration to enhance my experience.

Excellent Tool for Peer Recognition and Insight into Firm's Successes
I've had a positive experience using Tap My Back both internally and for recruitment engagement. I value its simplicity and the insight it gives into our firm's achievements, enabling us to reward them. However, I believe we're not fully utilizing some features like automatic scoring and reward systems. After my review, the vendor was pleased that I'm enjoying the software and offered assistance to set up the automated rewards system I want. They requested that I email them my needs or schedule a call with their success team.

Outstanding Tool
I am very satisfied with Tap My Back as it is user-friendly and a great tool to appreciate my colleagues. It allows the whole organization to view recent accomplishments. However, I am frustrated with the constant logouts and the need to reset my password each time. The vendor has responded to my review, thanked me for my feedback, and asked me to email them about the password reset issue for better understanding and resolution.
