Overall, I consider Motivosity a reliable tool for team collaboration, enabling us to openly exchange ideas on enhancing our organization's culture. We initially adopted Motivosity in our company to connect with employees and discuss ways to improve our culture. In this aspect, Motivosity has proven to be the ideal tool. It's user-friendly with an excellent GUI and promotes collaboration among team members. The only drawback of using Motivosity is the considerable time it takes to implement. Apart from that, everything else is fantastic. We transitioned to Motivosity after previously using Basecamp and then Kudos as our team collaboration tools.
