The support for Talkable is great! I had trouble understanding rewards, but their customer success team helped me set up the program and suggested the discount amount for advocates and their friends. They also consistently run A/B tests to increase referral sales, which we couldn't do with our own program. However, I found it somewhat difficult to figure out how to add the referral offer to the site header and needed their team's assistance.

Quality Service with Outstanding Client Support
Despite having difficulties navigating the user dashboard, I have to praise the outstanding client support we receive. Our team doesn't have much capacity to manage this channel, but the client service team does an excellent job filling in the gaps, providing reports, suggesting new ideas, and helping us execute them. I value the range of features the software offers and its ongoing development of new features to improve client referrals. However, I find the dashboard very hard to navigate and comprehend. Even though the reporting is good, the terminology isn't intuitive, making it difficult to find the right report.
