Strongly Endorsed and More Cost-Effective than Competitors.
Survey Sparrow has been invaluable in my user research. I was unsure about which platform to use at first, but I'm glad I chose this one. It's easy to create non-overwhelming surveys and they offer many integrations, including Google Sheets. They even allowed me to extend my trial period. They've become my go-to and I plan to use them again in the future. I hope they'll expand their integrations, like to AirTable or Notion, and offer monthly billing options.

Superb Survey Software with an Attractive Free Starter Plan
I selected SurveySparrow due to its superior plan and pricing. I utilize it for NPS and to dispatch surveys to abandoned users. It offers an excellent free plan to begin setting up the platform. However, its data reporting doesn't match up to its competitors. I transitioned to SurveySparrow because of alterations in plans and pricing.

I found Survey Sparrow to be user-friendly and the support team was very helpful. Most of my participants rated the survey highly. I used the free trial version but would consider upgrading in the future. There were minor issues with logging user details and reporting. Although integration with PowerBI is offered and I tested it, the setup process was tedious.

I am extremely pleased with the outstanding service and swift support provided by SurveySparrow. I value the software's adaptability and cost-effectiveness. The support team is exceptional and promptly addressed my clients' problems. Both my clients and their customers are big fans of this software, which is the perfect solution to Typeform issues. Initially, there were some issues with partial submissions and submissions being submitted without content, but the team quickly fixed these problems. I find SurveySparrow to be more customer-focused than any other company. I chose SurveySparrow because no other software was as interactive or functional. I switched to SurveySparrow because the previous software was not compatible with Facebook advertising, causing my clients to lose valuable leads.
