The only downside is that as a free user, I can't see any survey answers until I reach a certain number of responses, which is frustrating. If my company wasn't a start-up, I would subscribe to one of their reasonable packages in a heartbeat. I chose SurveyLegend because it offered richer and more diverse options for creating surveys, and the user interface was easier to use. I switched to SurveyLegend because it was superior overall.

Uniquely Versatile Survey Tool with Image Embedding Capabilities - Highly Recommended!
I have used SurveyLegend to create a survey and received excellent feedback. The respondents found the tool very user-friendly. With SurveyLegend, I was able to create comprehensive surveys with various types of questions. It's the only tool I've used that allows me to include both rating questions with embedded images and comment fields. I also liked the feature that allowed me to preview how my survey would appear on different mobile devices, such as desktops, mobiles, or tablets. So far, I haven't found anything that would make SurveyLegend less useful for my needs. I chose SurveyLegend because it's the only tool that allows me to integrate images, include a rating question type, and open text boxes all at once.

I am extremely satisfied with the 5-star service provided by SurveyLegend. It has been an invaluable tool for my summer research internship and I am thrilled to have such an amazing resource to assist me. I particularly love the general interface of the surveys in the free plan, as well as the ease of use and access in creating and completing the survey. The anonymity and single participation options are fantastic, and the logic flows are perfect for nested questions. The data analysis and various graph depictions are essential for my research, as they present information in an easy-to-read manner. However, I do find the 1000 response limit on the free plan a bit restrictive, and the need to upgrade to export data is a necessity for any research. Even the ability to export a few questions per survey would be helpful. I switched to SurveyLegend because SurveyMonkey was too difficult to use and charged for many basic features that SurveyLegend offers for free.
